Upgrading Environmental Control for Modern Production 面向现代化生产的环境控制升级
The project covers an area of approximately 60 mu and houses more than 5,000 sows. As the farm's requirements for environmental control, biosecurity, and production management continued to increase, the original ventilation mode could no longer meet current operational needs. EURUS was therefore commissioned to provide the fan equipment required for this system upgrade.
该项目占地面积约60亩，存栏母猪约5000余头。随着场区对环境控制、生物安全及生产管理要求的不断提升，原有通风模式已难以满足现阶段需求，因此委托优睿提供本次升级改造所需的风机设备支持。
Full-Ceiling Vertical Negative-Pressure Filtered Ventilation 全吊顶垂直负压过滤通风系统
The project adopts a full-ceiling vertical negative-pressure filtered ventilation system. Fresh outdoor air first passes through air filtration and evaporative cooling pads before entering the attic, and is then supplied to all areas of the barn through evenly distributed ceiling inlets. Contaminated indoor air is centrally exhausted by EURUS high-negative-pressure fans. This ventilation mode substantially reduces interference with airflow distribution from pen structures and farming equipment, continuously maintains stable negative pressure inside the barn, and creates a comfortable environment with consistent temperature, clean air, and uniform airflow for the pigs.
本项目采用全吊顶垂直负压过滤通风系统。舍外新风先经空气过滤与降温水帘处理后送入阁楼，再经由舍内均匀排布的吊顶小窗送入猪舍各区域，舍内污浊空气则通过优睿高负压风机集中排出舍外。该通风模式可大幅减少栏体、养殖设备对气流组织的干扰，持续维持舍内稳定负压环境，为生猪打造恒温、洁净、气流均匀的舒适生长空间。
A Multi-Specification EC Fan Solution 多规格EC风机组合方案
The project is equipped with 66 second-generation high-pressure 56-inch EC fans, 45 second-generation high-pressure 36-inch EC fans, and five second-generation high-air-volume 24-inch EC fans from EURUS. All fans are powered by EURUSDRIVE IE5+ permanent magnet synchronous motors. The combined application of different fan specifications meets the ventilation requirements of the farm's various production environments.
项目共配置优睿二代高压版56”EC风机66台、二代高压版36”EC风机45台及二代高风量版24”EC风机5台，所有风机均搭载EURUSDRIVE IE5+ PMSM电机。通过不同规格产品的组合应用，满足场区不同生产环境下的通风需求。
